Control of Customer Information

Western customers may access their personal information at least twice per year free of charge; requests may take up to 45 days to complete. Customers may also request that their personal information be deleted from Western's servers, with some limitations. Customers may make either request through Western's 800 number, or through the contact form on this site. Western will not discriminate in pricing or service based on any request to access or delete information.
